There is a 22rf barrel for sale on Ebay,the seller says is is "offset" so as to be use on the NEF centerfire frames,what gives ??  Doug

the bullet is not in the center of the barrel so it can use a centerfire firing pin and hit the rim of a rimfire shell. BTW I have seen those barrels. That guy is a genius. He is going to walmart and buying the youth combo 22/410 for 120 and putting them on ebay and making more than his money on the barrels alone. He also sells the stocks. If that is the same guy.

I seen that .......That guy from TN. has had lots of the combo barrels 5 to 10 plus.....He has been making  $200+ selling the 410 barrel the 22lr barrel and stock sets...He is probably sending nef the recievers back because they never been used... :D :D :DJust a tip.....That combo set sells from $120 to $130 in any gun shop......Just trying to help......So know one gets took :'( You are all my friends...Dale P.S. watch the bid history it follows patterns at times

In his defense, I gotta say that I got a good deal on a complete set of internal parts -- a little over $20 shipped. I wanted a spare hammer to try Quick's hammer-bob technique, and ended up with spare everything. Quick remarked that it's good to have a spare transfer mechanism, since they aren't a very strong design. Now I have one in my parts box. Gotta say I'm tempted by that rimfire barrel.
