Rem 700ML stock replacement - wood?
« on: December 05, 2006, 07:51:56 AM »
Anyone have any idea if a guy could use a wood stock from a 700 SA ADL on a 700ML?  I realize some barrel channel inletting would be needed to get that big .50 ML barrel to fit, but would everything else work ok?  Seems there are many 700 ADL wood stocks around - my 700ML synthetic is kind of noisy(I'm about ready to fill it with expandable foam, but would like to maybe have another wood stock).

And by the way, you are welcome to tell me I'm barking up the wrong tree here, if this is a bit out there...
