T/C Barrel Markings

Can anyone help me with the markings on the lugs. They have the Iron Cross, a Star and others what meaning do they have?

I have some info, but it's in Excel and it doesn't post well. Send me a PM with your email and I'll send what I have. Most of the info has to do with barrel caliber and man date.
