lower recoil higher velocity powder?

I have heard that slower powders can give less felt recoil, and feel more like a push than a punch. This was not the case when using listed max charges of two powders for my 30-06. the faster powder kicked less, but had slightly less velocity also.  Im looking for powders that will produce the lowest felt recoil with the highest velocities in 44 mag, and 270. I already addressed bullet weight, grip formation,and gun weight with my firearms. If anyone has suggestions for POWDERS I'd really appreciate them.

I don't know how to make them recoil any less, but for .44 mag, I haven't found anything better than H-110, which is the same as W-296, so you can substitute that.

For my .270, I like 130 grain bullets in it and found that IMR 4831 gives the best results there.

Not sure you can acheive what you want.  For example I shoot IMR4227 in my magnum pistol rounds because it kick less and has much less muzzle flash than Win 296 or H110, but it also has less velocity.
