I'm getting 2350 out of my 94, but that is using 150 gr sierras. Going to start reloading 125 gr HP as soon as the 150's run out. The velocity will be a little more than 2600fps with the 125 grainers. ;D

Hornady claims that they are getting 2400fps our of their 165gr leverevolution ammo in 3030. I load a 150 grain soft point to 2425fps, and have for over 35 years. 38.5 grains of Winchester 748 powder listed in Lyman 46th Edition reloading manual. It's the only load I ever use in my 50 year old Model 94 Winchester.
