Does anyone know of a free firearm inventory program? I tried the search feature and nothing, maybe someone has a link.

GRIMJIM, What I do is use a form I got from midsouth shooter supply. A small notebinder would work .I also take a digital picture and them add the ser# which is then put on disk. If ever anythings happens I have a picture and ser#. I keep the paper copies in the safe and the disk elsewhere for safty.

If you go to cnet.com they used to have an inventory program for free download. I don't know if they still have it though.

Thanks guys I looked at some of the free programs and ended up getting nm gun collector, mostly for the versatility. There is a lot of information to input and it seemed a lot more user friendly than the others.

Why not just use a sheet of paper?

I guess paper would work fine, but I like the fact that I can have a report on all my firearms with pictures and pertinent information for insurance purposes. I make copies of all my files and keep one in a safety deposit box, one in my safe, and on my computer of course.
