Picture of Spike Buck Under Climber
« on: December 11, 2006, 12:42:22 AM »
Picture taken with my cell phone camera of a spike that offered no less than six broadside shots in 20 minutes. All shots were less than 25 yards but I did not have a buck tag so I just stood and watched and enjoyed the show ... where's a doe when you need one ...

Great picture. That must have killed you to watch him walk away.

Years ago, I blew a shot on a nice buck that was right under my stand.   After I drew, I of course was not watching what I was doing and hit my stand with the bow when coming down to take the shot..... bang, jump run was the response of the spooked buck.....  ;D
