twist rate chart for barrel and bullet dia. and what grans

can anyone tell me of a list anyware if their is list or chart that will
show twist rate like for a  .224 dia. bullet of 55 grs. or say .243 bullet
85 grs. what rate of twist so on and so on

Go to Varmint Al's shooting page. Click on twist and stability. There is the twist rate chart.
