Cannon for sale
« on: December 11, 2006, 02:42:06 PM »
Cannoneers,

I have this up on the Antique cannon Superstore site for sale so may as well list it here too.

If anyone here is interested I'll reduce it some for his comission.

The address is:

http://bronzecannon.net/

This swivel gun is also up for $800.

An oak garrison carriage goes with the swivel gun.

This is cast from Navy Bronze from my pattern.

I have a Fadal VMC ordered and space in my shop is at a preminum.

Smart move Tropico.  That bronze gun is beautiful and looks like a bargain, especially with the carriage.

I looked at your web site.  That is a great boat and marina.  It appears you are in a similar profession as some of my ancestors.  I have always wanted to dive in the Phillipeans, but will prob never have the time and money.

That gun will be perfect for the bow.

Nah !  That boat is AWESOME., its not mine., I wish ., ours is in the planning stages and will be smaller., but the Marina is ours and the beach as well. The Philippines is for us to be able to enjoy Scuba and teaching scuba for a retirement., soon. We sort of go between., there I dive and build for my future., "A Pirate themed Dive Resort  ;D " ... here..........., in Washington., I......, well........, I .,pump poo for a living., I own and operate the long time Rooter Service in my county  :o . So., while in Washington .,while we earn money for our dream., we COLLECT cannons for our resort !

Money? nah its cheap you can get a roundtrip to Cebu for 800 bones., and once there your dollar is 50 to 1 and it spends that way. You may someday go., and if you do..., you may like it......., its like Japans mexico with 7107 islands  ;D

I've done worse for less I'm sure.

Live the dream. Buy all the guns you can get.  If you own the beach you are almost there.   I may go there someday.  Shooting and diving. How can you beat that?

We have seen a machine gun/ cannon shoot in Florida and discussed trying to do both in the same vacation.  Crystal river is a great dive and is nearby.

Sail the ship to the dive spot., Blow a few cannons along the way..,  Grab yer BCD., Tank.,Regs.,fins.,Mask.,and walk the plank ., then enjoy a sanctuary where fishing is not allowed (A coral reef sanctioned for the study of marine biology). Of course the ship can be used for any number of events., the primary function is for Scuba Safaris and playing pirate !!!  ;D

This barrel would pretty much finish my needs and put 7 on board.

Kap,
I really like the bronze cannon w/the wooden carriage.  How about a few more closeup pics?  If you built this, would you happen to have plans for it?  Where did you get the wheels for the carriage?
