Will blued Contender (NOT G2) barrels fit a stanless Contender (not G2) frame?

Hello,
 Do a search on this site about contender barrels and you will find a wealth of info. all contender barrels(G-2 and Reg)  switch with some exceptions, the old armaloy and the new G-2 black powder. only fit there respective frames, unless the armoloy are reworked
