Warne base and rings

Anyone have any experience with warne bases and rings?  Im looking to mount a nikon monarch 3x9x40 on a browning a-bolt hunter 270WSM I just bought from Bass Pro Shops for $500.

Most of my rifles and handguns wear Warne mounts and rings. I think they are some of the best.

I use them often.  They are big and heavy though.  On lighter guns, however, I use Leupold Dual Dovetails.

Warne rings as stated before are heavy. I have Leupold dual dovetail rings on my M70. I used Talley one piece lightweight rings on my Rem 7600 and like them better. They're lighter, easier to mount, and cost less than the Leupold rings and bases.

I love the Warne Weaver style 2 piece bases, and they are on sale at Cabela's now for $10

Never tried their rings yet

In my opinion Warne scope mounts are top of the line.

Warne rings are really solid, one less thing to worry about if your shot is off.  I won't use anything else.  I had one problem, I tightened the screws down too tight and when I went to reposition the scope I snapped one off.  Called Warne and they had me send them damaged parts and sent new set of rings, told them what I did and still sent them.
