has anyone seen one of these?

before christmas i was at my local gun shop and noticed a marlin carbine in the rack it was a 35 rem ss carbine,short magazine,straight grip walnut stock.model was a 336ss- ltd.my wife overheard me talking to a freind about it and bought it for me for christmas.i but your all jealous now huh.anyway how can i find out how many of these were produced?thanks,adker

All I know at the moment is that there is one of these 35 REM 336 ss ltd's at my local gunfunery and I want it.

Those were a limited run of 500. Very nice rifle and very nice wife.

thanks shilo.mine is #155 i assume,last year the little wifey bought me a ruger ss compact in 308,and she's pretty good lookin besides.i think i'm going to keep her around,lol.thanks for the info,adker

I have one of them and they are great little rifles.  It is one of the few rifles that I have ever bought that I was happier  with after I had used it for a while than when I first bought it.  If you like it nearly as much as I like mine you will be one happy camper.

+1 on the happy camper.  I've got one of the 500 made, as well.  It's a sweet looking little rig.
