I believe that it has been awhile since S&W has had availability for both their 10 round and "12 round" magazine for their Model 41. As you know these magazines will also fit several other S&W handguns as well.
I contacted S&W through their website several hours ago to place an order. S&W is charging Full Suggested Price, Tax, and a hefty Handling and Shipping Charge. I took several minutes and visited Midway via the Web and was pleasantly surprised with the results. They have the mags in stock ready for immediate delivery, they charge approximately $6.00 less per mag, do not charge tax (unless you reside in the same State that they operate in) and had many more shipping options that resulted in a greater savings.
Overall, for those who may have a need for a new magazine or two, OK or even more, now might be a good time to contact Midway or perhaps check some other retailers out as well.
Imagine that, a 12 round magazine for the model 41, what will they think of next???
