Burris 3-12x44 or Nikon 3.3-10x44?

I have narrowed my choices down to a Burris Signature Select 3-12x44 Ballistic Plex and a Nikon Monarch 3.3-10x44 with Mildot.

Which would you buy and why?

I would recommend the Nikon Monarch for 2 reasons. One, I think they are clearer and brighter than the Burris, but most of all, Burris has been having a few issues with their quality control lately and we have been getting a larger than normal returns with debris in the lenses.

What is the eye relief like on the Nikon? It will be put on a 7mm RM.

The scope you are looking at has 3.6" of eye relief.

If I were dead set on that power range and just plain wasn't gonna budge I'd get the Bushnell Elite 4200 2.5-10. But then I'm not dead set on that power range as I feel any rifle scope over 9X really NEEDS a parallax adjustment of some sort and none come with it. But then that's just me.
