posting pics, please help!!

I,m trying to post pics of my new cannon and I cant do it! I tryed myhostedpics, the directions say to click on the make A link button. what button? I cant find it!! please help thanks.

On' my hosted pics' you right click on the address under BB CODE then left click on copy. Then here just paste it where you want it. nothing fancy to do it.
