Blackhawk cykinder conversion in Houston Texas area

There is a gunsmith in the Houston Texas area that is performing 5 shot cylinder conversions on a Blackhawk frame.  At one time I had the address of the "smith" but as usual lost it. If anyone has the contact would you please forward it.
