Back in the 1970s and early 1980s, I purchased several black powder pistols and a Garrett Sharps rifle manufactured by Palmetto Arms. Two revolvers and three single shot muzzleloader pistols. Finish was good and they were particularly accurate. I won several matches with them. I can't find any reference to the company on the web. Anyone know what happened to the company, or who took over? I heard once heard that Pedersoli took over their sharps cartridge rifle tooling.
