From your list I would pick the Leupold fixed power. However that would still not be my choice. Look at the Leupold "Ultralight" series and choose a fixed 2.5X or 4X.

I wouldn't use a fixed 6x for a woods/brush gun. I'd go for a wider field of view.   If looking at a fixed power, go with a 2.5x or find an old Leupold 3x on ebay.  The Weaver Classics have a fixed 2.5x and a 1-3 variable.  The Leupold Ultralites would work, as would a Nikon 1.5-4.5.  Any of the 2-7x32's would work good too.  Also the Bushnelll Elite 2-7x32, my first choice in that power range.

I've used that Leupold 1x4 on half a dozen guns and it is sweet for carry. Its worked well on lever, bolt, and semi-auto.

Of all my various scopes it is the only one I have ever considered getting the exact same model again on.

You can change the reticle out on it and or upgrade the model later if you wish. I frequently buy the lower end Leupold and soup them up slowly but surely with upgrades.

I just made a Leupold Warranty post you might want to review titled "Leupold Warranty"

Burris glass seemed to be really clear, the stuff I looked at but I never bought one. Half my various glass is Leupold and I will continue to buy more because of the unique type of service esp the upgrade and or reticle changes they offer.

I think Burris is hard to beat. I think they,re just as good as leupold & alittle cheaper.
I dont care what gun Im using as long as Im hunting

I've had reticle changes, target adjustment turret installations, and 1/4" click adustments put in to upgrade some of my lower end priced Leupold scopes. Must of done it a half dozen times. Obviously you could buy it right the first time but spending $250.00 is easier to conceal from the wife than twice that amount.

You can calll their technical department to see if your model can for sure be upgraded for whatever you were thinking.

I tried to link just to their reticle page but no go. If you go to their home page link above reticles link is on bottom left. It does seem to be a service they don't promote a lot but it's definitely why I like to buy Leupold.

I'd opt for the Leupold just because of the extra eye reielf, unless the others scopes have caught up in eye relief, as I haven't purchased a scope for sometime.

Leupold Ultralight.  Can't be beat in the light/short department - especially when you consider that it has very good optics and excellent build quality.
