I am reloading for a remington 700 classic in 8mm. I know the bore is .323. What I'm not sure about is what brass I should use for it. Should I use the regular 8x57mm Mauser or should I use the 8x57mm JRS. Thanks

Use the standard 8x57. It will be the least expensive and can acutally be used for both.

I believe the JRS version is a rimmed cartridge. You want regular JS or simply 8mm mauser brass. Most of the stuff you'll see at midway and such would be the right stuff.

JRS = Rimmed "S" bore (.323)
JR = Rimmed "J" bore (.318)
JS = non-rimmed "S" bore (.323)
J = non-rimmed "J" bore (.318)
