opinion on the BMI #3 coilspring trap
« on: May 02, 2003, 02:53:10 PM »
Hi:

Has anyone seen or used the BMI #3 coilspring trap? I noticed a picture of the trap in one of the trapping magazines that I get. Looks like a good trap. I would be using the trap for coyotes in late November and December .
                                                                              Thanks,

                                                                   coyote trapper1928

Im not familiar with the BMI nbr 3 coil but  if you are familiar with the northwoods, bridger, montgomery nbr 3   they are good yote traps.  Everyone has their own idea and after you trap yotes for a while you will too.  There are traps made specifically with yotes in mind like J.C. Conner jake trap and  MB 650 ect but  you pay for them also.  Shoot some more questions and we will help out.
