simms recoil pad for the g2

Hello all,

I know we have talked about this before however all I can find are ones for the encore, will they fit the g2?  how hard is it to make them fit? or does anyone have a link to where I can order one for the g2?

The ones for the Encore fit the G2 stocks as well.  No fitting required.  I put one on my wood G2 stock.

hey guys,

I went last night to pick up one of the pads and they only had the one marked for synthetic stocks, does it matter?

Hello,
 The Encore stock will fit on the G-2 , but it is a sloppy fit side to side,
 The people at OTT have a shim made to take up the slop and provide a nice fit.I got one and it works.

who is ott need a stock for a youth on a g2 thought this might be a way to do it

I would recommend buying the grind to fit model from Simms.  That way you get a true custom fit.
