Their lifetime warranty reputation, regardless if the original owner or not, is mainy why I went with them 16 years ago and many Hawkens later am still with them...have had two older stocks develop the classic hairline split right above the lock bolt on the left side and they not only repleced the stocks but they came with all new brass furniture installed.
Their lifetime warranty is real and it's second to none...hope nothing out of the recent S&W buyout changes that.

I agree, you can't beat the service and warranty from T/C. Any dealings I have had with them, have been 100% positive!
