well i checked when i was at sportsmans warehouse and they even called their supplier, but combo guns are nowhere to be found. The guy that worked with me was a real nice guy and even mounted my scope and rings, and boresighted it for free. but anyways we couldnt find anything about a combo gun besides the versa pack. he said to check back in march/april though. he was kind of letting on that a lot of manufactures have a lot of new things coming out. they think that two more people are going to start offering the 17 remington, and lots of new varmint style guns out (heavy barrels and thumbhole stocks). they wouldnt tell me the manufacturers who are going to be offering them, but did say that savage is going to introduce some new stuff also (but they wouldnt tell me what it was) it was so frustrating. but anyways a little hearsay to start some rumors.
