Time to load up for the coming months
« on: May 04, 2003, 10:59:58 AM »
I've been shooting and cleaning the guns but have just been putting off reloading.  Work and all will do that to you.
So yesterday, while the Mrs. was "becoming one with the dirt" in the flower beds, I cranked out 675 rounds.  Would have done more but ran out of cases.    Took 3 1/2 hours on a Dillion SDB.  This from time I headed out the door to being all cleaned up, rounds in the boxes and primer tubes refilled.  Also had to adjust the power measure from pistol to rifle, too.
Now have about 500 of both rifle and pistol so this will keep me in 45LC for the next couple of shoots.  My brother has expressed and interest as well as a high school classmate I haven't seen in 39 years so I might not have as many shoot's worth as I thought.
Still have over 1000 cast bullets so think I can wait till school's out to replenish my bullet supply.
