.223 Rem Load data

Does anyone have load data for the Berger 30 grain HP in .223 Remington?  I have some info on the 35 grain Hornadys but nothing on the 30s.

Got this info from the FAQ section of the Berger Bullets website:

Q: Where can I get loading data for Berger Bullets?
A: A loading manual will be available soon but until then you can email your cartridge and bullet data to bergerltd@aol.com. Starting and max loads will be emailed back to you.
