Has anyone had a problem with the Ruger 10-22 Conversion kit to 17 Mach 2? My son just received his today in the mail. We put in the bolt & put on the barrel. Shot about 50 rounds through it, then a loud BANG!! The clip came out in about 12 pieces, along with 5 unfired rounds. We checked all of our body parts to make sure none were missing. Nothing seemed damaged but the clip. Called the place that he bought it from and they said to send the kit right back & they would replace the clip. Nothing was said about them having any problems. We did read about other company's concerns about this 17 Mach 2 in autoloaders. Feedback Please!!!!
