Lyman .54 Cal GPR Accuracy is GREAT
« on: January 27, 2007, 07:52:18 AM »
Well I got the ignition problems sorted out and went to the range a couple of weeks ago to do some load testing. I settled on a load and did a very basic zeroing.

Today I went back to get my GPR right on target. To tell the truth I really thought that the folks on this forum were exaggerating a tad on the accuracy of this rifle and I am now a believer. This is one heck of a nice rifle to shoot.

What I did to work out the ignition problems are at http://www.bghi.us/index.php?x=gpr . This was from suggestions offered in a previous post. Thanks for the advice people.

Here are my results and I got to say I am impressed ...

I'd feel pretty comfortable standing down range, you just aim a bit off to the side a bit if you please.
