Got good advice here about honing trigger tracks
« on: January 29, 2007, 03:34:48 AM »
I had a creepy trigger on my stainless Kimber and it wasn't due to the hammer/sear/trigger. It was due to a rough trigger track. Some kind person recommended that I get the honing tool available from Brownells. It worked. The tool is cheap and it just takes a while to polish it up. I did the work as part of a routine complete cleaning. Now the trigger is as good as on any gun.
