That basic kit will get it done for sure. I might add the following:

Lee "Modern Reloading Second Edition" Reloading Manual by Richard Lee
Lee Chamfer Tool
Lee Primer Pocket Cleaner
Lee Cutter and Lock Stud
Lee Case Length Gage and Shellholder

Good quality dial caliper

You might find lower prices on Lee Equipment at www.midsouthshooterssupply.com

JMHO-This might be a better idea:  http://www.midsouthshooterssupply.com/item.asp?sku=0000690962

If you can afford the extra 12.00 go for the Challenger table press. As a new reloader you will be making a few mistakes like dumping powder. The table press helps control these simple mistakes. You need a good scale and a micrometer to measure COL.

First-----buy a good reloading manual! It will walk you thru all the reloading steps. You can look at an owners manual online for that press that might help as well. Here is a link that will take you to the owner's manuals for Lee products.
