The other day my Omega got goofy on me.Nothing extreme, just a slight change in point of impact and inconsistent group size.I figured she had a bit of plastic fouling , but a good scrub changed nothing.I did notice thant the amount of effort needed to close the breech was significantly less than previous, and I began to get alot of fouling on the breechface, so I dismounted the stock and lo and behold both screws on the foward block were quite loose as were the 2 that hold the breech assembly to the barrel.Tightening them produced an immediate and remarkable improvement in both accuracy and consistency. If you have an Omega that's alittle off, check those 4 screws.
