Jiffy Lite Model 50 T HELP!!
« on: January 31, 2007, 01:26:53 PM »
Hi,

I have the Model  50 T, and I'm having some carburetor trouble.  It was all gummed up, so I had to remove it to clean it out.  The problem is how the throttle return mechanism attaches.  Under the top cover there is a small spring that seems to attach to a plastic paddle.  Is this right?  Where does it attach to the paddle?  It was loose when I opened up the cover, so I'm not sure where it supposed to attach.

Right now I have it attached to the base of the paddle, and it doesn't seem to return it to the 'idol' position.  If you would happen to have a picture of how things are supposed to attach, that would be great.

Thank You,
