Best Top 45-70 Trapdoor Load

I am loading 300 gr. Hornady HP's. What do you think is the best load for lowest levergun top trapdor load.

I am shooting a Buffalo Classic

400 gr RNFP molly using 25.0 gr of AA 5744 and 27.0 of H4198
These are from the AA and Hodgen manuels
I get good resrlts with both at 200 yds.

Mc, I would recommend Reloder 7 as a good place to start, Hornady shows 31.6gr(1300fps) start to 45.7gr(1900fps) max in their trapdoor data, but their test barrel is 29½"!! Their levergun data which uses a 22" barrel, is 44.7gr(1600fps) start to 52.3gr max(2000fps).
