rifled slugs theough a smoothbore 12 Ga

Can one shoot  slugs made for rifled barrels through a 12 ga smoothboer with a mod choke barrel

if it says on the box rifled slugs then they r for smoothbore. but i dont know about sabot slugs in them i dont believe they would be very accurate.

Rifled slugs or sabot slugs? You can shoot either one but the sabot type won't be very accurate. I've found the cheap Winchester foster (rifled) slugs to be very accurate thru a modified choke tube. You can also get a rifled choke tube and try the sabot slugs.

Can slugs made for rifles barrels be shot through without problems?/

It won't hurt a thing.

As stated before, accuracy will be somewhat lacking at longer distances.  Short distances of say 50 yards or less will not be so bad.
