Poor service from AJAX GRIPS
« on: February 06, 2007, 05:21:32 PM »
I've recently experienced very poor service from AJAX including their refusal to exchange their grips which don't fit my RUGER.  The other grip was chipped.   One of their reasons was, "Neither set of grips was purchased from AJAX".

That's right, I bought both sets from a stocking dealer.  But apparently AJAX is not servicing their grips unless they are bought from them. Better read the fine print if you buy Ajax.

I will not be purchasing ANY grips from AJAX in the future, and I suggest you don't, either.  With service like theirs, I expect to hear that they are going out of business soon.
Vote them all out, EVERY election!

Does anyone remember the scene from "Quigley Down Under" showing the aborigines lined up on the skyline as far as you could see?   That needs to be US!

Well,
Looks like you can foretell the future!
It took a couple of years, (sorry to resurrect old thread) but it looks like Ajax is no longer! Their website is no longer available, and they aren't answering the phone. Still lots of places offering their grips. Guess they are trying tomove new/old stock.

I bought 3 different sets of Ajax grips for Ruger SBH, paid over $60.00 for one pair, they all broke after a few shots. and they wouldn't make good on them. I can see why they went out of business.
