My reading ability is gone w/o glasses but my distance is fine. I am pleased to say I can handle peep sights. The other people I shoot with wera glasses or contacts and do fine. Get to the eye doctor.
The real secret is you are actually focused more on the front sight and the rear is normally a blurr.
