Rooster Red Jacket Lube
« on: May 07, 2003, 10:38:05 AM »
If you want to make life easy, get a bottle of this lube and a tumble lube bullet mold from Lee,in my case a 230gr TC for 45Colt.Cast and lube then shoot. After 50 rds It was so easy to clean barrel, no leading at all! The load I used was 5.8grs Titegroup and a light to moderate crimp. Very pleased with groups too. Have a good day

No sir, unlike alox this stuff dries overnight  and is not tacky, I made a box and put a piece 1/4 hardware wire mesh over it to set bullets on to dry.A small bottle cost 8.00 but worth it to me. I,m going to sell my Alox at a yard sell or give it away...
