99% of all Lawyers give the other 1% a bad name. What I find hilarious about this is they are such an arrogant bunch, that they all think they are in the 1%.

We are going to visit a friend in quitman, it would be nice to find a place within 80 miles of there. As for price that would be kinda open depending on the ammenities. My daughter said she'd like to camp out this years so lodging wouldn't be the most important thing in the hunt.

You might try the Reed Ranch in Keren's Texas.  Graybeard and I have both hunted there a time or two.   Keren's is east of Dallas a ways, and that ranch is a bit over 1100 acres right on the river.  There were plenty of large hogs to go around....   If I find the web site I will post it...

Try Quatro Venado Ranches.  They have a ton of different hunting and I've killed several nice hogs as well.  Call Ben Koonce at 817-999-0361 is his cell phone.  His ranches are located in Throckmorton, TX which is about 2-2 1/2 from Dallas/Fort Worth.  You won't be dissappointed.

Thanks,

If you are still looking for a place in East Texas to hog, you may want to check out the Sabine River Wildlife Managment reserve. Its open to the puplic for hunting almost year for hogs and the cost is about $40 a year.  Tha $40 pays for a permit that is also good for other public hunting land in other areas of the state. The Sabine River land is about 30-40 miles from Quitman if I am not mistaken.
