LH Composition Stocks

Does anyone out there know if anyone makes a Left-Hand Composition stock for a Left-Hand Charles Daly mauser? I have'nt had any luck finding anything. Still trying to figure out how to stock these 2 actions I have.

You might check with Brownells and Google search on the various stockmakers to see what each makes. Boyds as well as other make laminated stocks in many configurations. I much prefer laminates to synthetics as the laminates are warm to the touch and in many acses tougher than the cheaper plastics. There are also many color combinations available for the laminates.. A place called ReamerRental.com??  or ElkRdige seem to have an awfully lot of color variations..

Yea, Gunnut, I think that's what I'm going to end up using.  Us lefties don't get many choices, although it's better that it was just a few years ago.  I was really supprised that McMillian didn't offer anything.  One reason I was looking at composites is they are checkered or offer a rough finish and laminate don't come checkered.  After asking questions on the forums, I've learned checkering isn't an easy thing on laminates.

Brownells sells self adhesive neoprene pads, pistol grip and forearm, that provide good gripping when properly applied. I have a set on a 10/22 International that have been in place sinve its purchase and they haven't failed yet.. Also as an aside, one can checker laminsates quite easily. They won't hold high line counts but 18 LPI will work just fine. I've done quite a few.. They are however a bit harder on the tooling as the hlue is abrasive as all get out. I use carbide tipped tooling and don't have any problems...
