I have a mdl 700 -06 from the 60,s ser # 251251 and it has UrnG stamped on the barrel,any ideas?On the opposite side it has an arrow ->,uer in a circle and an upside down heart stamped on it?

From what I have,  you have a rifle inspected by U,  built Nov, 1966, and assembled by G.  Other side is Magnaflux,  proofmark, and test.

Just saw your other post with serial #.  Falls exactly into the Nov,  1966 era.
