Chrome-moly vs Stainless

I apologize if this question has been asked, but which barrel is stronger in relation to chamber pressures. All other barrel specs being equal.

I believe you will find that chrome-moly beats the stainless by a slight margin, even more in cold weather.  Larry

I believe the stainless barrels are a little more fragile than the same barrel in chromoly. Of course there are other factors in the best steel catagory and a stainless barrel will likely last longer tha it's chromoly counterpart..
