Remington 700 Mountain Rifle LSS

Has anyone seen the Mountain LSS in .280 rem on the shelves yet? I'm trying to get an idea of what the price is going to be. I'm also looking at the 700 SPS youth in 7mm-08 for my sons 1st deer rifle. Any opinions/ advice. Thanks in advance.

Not yet but I'm watching for it and plan to bring one home. It's the only one of the LSS Mtn. Rifles I've not bought and only because I've not seen one yet. Price should be same as the others are going for in your area. Last I looked around here I think that's in the $600-650 range.

I am not sure where you are looking, but I haven't seen one retail for under $750 for a while.

In the latter part of last year I bought both an LSS Mtn. Rifle and the regular LSS rifle and paid in the price range listed for both. I've not really paid all that much attention to prices since the new year began but then I've also not seen either of the LSS rifles on a shelf since then. Around my part of Bama it's not uncommon to find Remington rifles for $200 under MSRP, even more off on the more expensive ones.

Go to Rem wed site and hit up the MSRP section then take off around 20% and you will be close.
