I am looking for a good spot to hunt some 'chucks in Washington. I hear that along the Columbia there is a bunch of them, and I have seen a few in the past when fishing near Quincy. I was thinking this might be a good spot to start. Is there a good rockchuck spot within an hour or two of Ellensburg that I don't know about? I see a few around Ellensburg here and there, but not enough to warrant a huge amount of time and effort hunting them down. I am looking for a spot where I can REALLY burn some .223 ammo. Any suggestions?
