Aftermarket stocks for the early BAR rifles
« on: February 21, 2007, 09:01:54 AM »
I have an early Belgium BAR I believe made the first year in 30-06. I guess shot about 50 times.
Does anyone offer aftermarket stocks for the early rifles. The original has the blond color walnut stock. To me the stock looks and feels cheap!

I'm not sure where to find an aftermarket stock but if you have a an original bar with a honeyblonde stock it is pretty desireable. The honeyblonde guns seem to be more desired. Google Arts gun shop. He is in St. Louis. He has many original parts and will help hook you up. If the stock is in good enough shape, you could sell it for quite a bit of money.
