if i had that much ammo i dont believe id keep it all in one place, jus dont seem like a good idea to me. hate to lose it all to one disaster.

The ammo belongs to a friend of Lloyd's.  He is in the process of moving and wanted to have enough ammo loaded up to get him by until he gets his presses set up at the new place.  (He shoots a lot!)

that represents over a million round of ammo. The buddy DOES SHOOT! and shoots EVERY day! He built a new home and will not have his loading room set up for a couple months so tried to get all of his brass loaded. Its stored in a semi truck trailer in the yard right now. His new house will have a poured bunker in the basement with a safe door for a gun room and another poured cement bunker off the garage for a reloading room. He does load a little. Hes got 5 650s set up with case feeders in differnt callibers and a 550 to load the rest. Plus i dont know how many single stage and shotgun presses set up. His reloding room was featured in dillons blue press magazine. The boys got some many guns that i allways tease him that i could take two home and hed never miss them and its probably true. He not only owns guns but is proably the finest handgun shot ive ever met. He calls me his best friend but i run a close race with John Linebaugh for that title. When i go to his home and use his computer and see his emails (that he rarely answers) from Dustin linebaugh Jim taylor John taffin Jim Wilson and he blows it off as nothing. These guys ask HIM FOR ADVISE. He is about the most humble guy you would ever meet in your life and would give a stranger the shirt off his back and i am proud to call him a friend. Ive allways been into guns and have reloaded for over 30 years but i credit Al with really kickstarting this hobby ( i should say obsession now) I think the turning point was the day he took me out shooting with his .500 and .475 I was scrared shitless to shoot them the first time and had made excuses a couple times to avoild it but he cornered me and I went home that evening and called John linebaugh and ordered my first .475. At that time i think i had a 45 vaquero and a super blackhawk and a single six to my name. I loaded on a single stage lyman press and casted bullets out of a 7lb lyman dipper pot. BOY HAVE THINGS CHANGED since that night. Probably should kick him in the ass for all the money hes cost me over the years!!!
