All depends on the shooter.
Seriously, the Bisleys are indentical to the Blackhawk/Single Six models with the exception of the grip frame, hammer and trigger. It was origianlly design as more of a target design but is now considered more useful for the heavier recoiling cartridges as it allows more comfortable roll in theose situations. It does allow a bit better grip than the typical plowhandle design. With the favored loading and the shooter doing thier part, they, like the standard Ruger SA's can be very good shooters.
