NEF Handi Rifle/shotgun Combo in .30-06/20ga?

Is this a discontinued model?  The only combo I could find on the H&R website was the .410/.22lr product

Is it also ok to assume that since it is a .30-06 rifle, that it can be fitted with any of the other SB2 barrels?

yes they are discontinued, but some gun shopes have them, and for a while some of the youth packages were available at www.rrarms.com.  It is just a matter of finding one.  As far as the other sb2 barrels being fitted to it i couldnt tell you, maybe someone else will chime in.

Something to keep in mind. Several members have reported problems using shotgun barrels with the high comb rifle stocks. This could be a problem with this package.

I think NEF might have made a special Monte-Carlo stock for these Combo's. At least in the picture it looks like they have more drop at the back than the standard Monte-Carlo.

I thought I was the only one to notice it and just thought I was going out of my mind.
Looks a little lower to me. But the angle seems off too.

It's a standard SB2 rifle frame, any shotgun barrel except the 10ga and 12ga slug gun barrels can be fitted to it, but shotgun frames can't be fitted with rifle barrels. So the answer is yes. The Versa Pack 22Lr/.410 can't be fitted with any barrels, but the .30-06/20ga can.
