Can anyone cite a firearms law or regulation that has been overturned on the basis of the Second Amendment?
Relying upon the Constitution to ensure our continued ownership, enjoyment and use of guns does not give me a great deal of comfort. We have added and removed amendments to our Constitution and while may be a relatively involved process, remember we live in the country that once constitutionally banned alcohol.
