Well I have been buying way too many guns in the past few years but.....................I got the Remington catalog this week. Well I think I need the 750 Woodsmaster carbine in 35 Whelen and the 7615 Ranch rifle. I wish the Ranch came with iron sights but I like the walnut better thet the camo or police model. MIKE.

 you could buy the police model and add a nice walnut 7600 stock set at a later date.I wonder if he ranch model uses the 1-9" twist barrel the Police model uses?

or you could buy the ranch and have a gunsmith fit a front sight and then install a Williams aperture sight.

The reality is my eyes are soooo bad that a scope is all I need but I like the idea of irons as back up. I have Warne mounts on 2- 7600's and 1- 7400. Another 7600 has over/ unders. MIKE.
