Hey fellow Hoosier ...

I am in the process of selling my .300wsm Winchester this weekend and hopefully by the end of next week, I'll have my first Optima Elite. I got a nice reply from Mark Hendricks about some questions I had concerning combo options, trigger pull options, etc. He seemed to be customer-oriented and I like that.

The weather is getting much better here and will really be nice tomorrow. I have to run to Indy tomorrow but I might be shooting/coyote hunting Saturday and Sunday.

Nope...Not sleeping at all...See...what I have found is I am spending more time shooting...than tinkering... :D :D :D so there really isn't as much for most of us to complain...or ask about...and we are all waiting on the new barrels to come out...and others are just waiting :D :D :D :D :D :D :D

I should have a nice new test up sometime in the next 2 weeks...a new barrel...and some new bullets ;)

Go with the CT's...Load them .003" off the lands to start...and then work in to just touching....RE-15.... 37.5 gr to start...41.5 gr max....or IMR 4350...42.0gr to start...36.0 grains max..

I understand that new calibers will be available toward the end of March or early April. Does anyone know what they will offer as it might effect what I buy now? I know I want a 7mm-08 to start with and possibly a .222 (because my brother has one and he wants me to reload for him), a .243, plus the 50cal mzl.

45-70's....222's...223's...300WM should be...so you can get what you want to start with...and then pick up a 222...
