Got a deer skull that was going to make euro mount but changed my mind to use the antlers for other things. Anyone know how to get the antlers out of the skull?

Get a reciprocating saw or a hack saw and cut them off under the bur. You will never be able to pull them off.

Do you just want two separate horns or some thing you want to keep together for a mount?
